Lifco publishes prospectus supplement regarding MTN program

Lifco has, as an addendum to the base prospectus made public on 11 November 2019 in relation to the establishment of Lifco’s MTN program (Medium Term Notes), prepared a Swedish language prospectus supplement. The supplement has been prepared due to, among other things, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the publication of the annual report for 2019.

The prospectus supplement has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is held available on Lifco’s website lifco.se and on fi.se. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken is the lead bank for the MTN program and is, together with Danske Bank, participating as issuing agent.
