Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Czech dental company Medema s.r.o. The company sells consumable and small equipment to dental offices and dental laboratories in the Czech Republic.
Medema is based in Brno, Czech Republic and employs four employees. In 2020, Medema reported net sales of approximately CZK 26 million, equivalent to about EUR 1 million. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. Consolidation is expected to take place in March, 2021.
The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
