Corporate governance

Before the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm Lifco based its corporate governance on Swedish law as well as internal rules and policies. In conjunction with the listing, Lifco will apply to Nasdaq Stockholm Rule Book and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (“the Code”).
